Service Description
One-Off Online Offstring Yo-Yo Lesson Not sure which Offstring yo-yo plan is right for you? Start with a one-off online Zoom lesson taught by a National Yo-Yo Champion. This session gives us a chance to see where you're currently at with your Offstring (4A) yo-yoing, what tricks you already know, what you enjoy doing, and what you would like to learn next. We’ll work on tricks that interest you, look at your current ability and goals, and find a learning style and lesson time that works best for you. Most importantly, you’ll experience what it’s like to be personally coached by a National Champion, while we get to know you and understand how we can best help you improve. There’s no need to commit to a plan straight away. This lesson is about making sure Spinning Axis is the right fit for you before signing up for one of our ongoing Offstring plans.

Entertainment Terms & Conditions By booking Spinning Axis, you agree to these terms. 1. Travel & Parking Travel fees may apply depending on the event location and distance. Fees may include travel to and from the venue, fuel, tolls, parking and reasonable travel expenses. Any additional travel costs will be discussed before booking. Overseas bookings are not available. 2. Pricing & Payment Prices vary depending on location, performance length, event type and requirements. The agreed price will be confirmed before booking. Additional requests may cost extra. 3. Insurance & Safety Spinning Axis maintains insurance appropriate to the services provided. Services must remain within the scope of our insurance. We may change, stop or refuse an activity if we reasonably consider it unsafe or outside the agreed service. 4. Performance Area The client must provide a safe, suitable performance space with enough room for yo-yos and moving equipment. Hazards, fragile items and venue restrictions must be disclosed before performing. 5. Children & Crowds Children must remain appropriately supervised by a parent, guardian, teacher, carer or responsible adult. Spinning Axis entertainers are not childcare providers. Audience members must follow reasonable safety instructions and remain outside the performance area unless invited to participate. 6. Injury, Loss & Damage Spinning Axis will take reasonable care when performing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by unsafe behaviour, failure to follow instructions, venue hazards or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 7. Behaviour We may pause or end a performance if there is aggressive, dangerous, abusive or inappropriate behaviour or a serious safety risk. 8. Weather & Cancellations Outdoor performances may be changed, delayed or stopped due to unsafe weather. Booking changes are subject to availability. Cancellation fees may apply where permitted by law and will depend on the booking terms and reasonable costs incurred. 9. Equipment Spinning Axis may provide yo-yos, performance equipment, music and a portable speaker. Guests must not touch equipment unless given permission. 10. Photos & Video Commercial filming or promotional use of the performance requires prior permission. Appropriate consent is required before Spinning Axis uses identifiable images
